Penny's husband entered her name in the contest every day for a whole month and it definitely paid off! After Penny received the thrilling news, she flew from Columbia, South Carolina to Minneapolis, Minnesota. During her first visit to the city, she received a gorgeous hair makeover, professional makeup application and genuine celebrity treatment. Regis International Creative Director Gordon Nelson shaped her hair into a flattering and stylish short cut. When Penny saw her new look, she said, "I love it... I love it! I feel like a movie star."
